Group Therapy

You’re Not Alone—Healing Happens Together

At Doors of Hope, we believe that connection is a powerful part of healing. Through Group Therapy, children, teens, and families come together in a safe, supportive space to share their experiences, gain new perspectives, and grow alongside others who understand what they’re going through.

In our group sessions, participants discover they are not alone—and that even in their hardest moments, community and healing are possible.

Our Approach

Group Therapy is a form of counseling where individuals with shared experiences meet regularly with a licensed therapist to explore challenges, build coping skills, and support one another. Whether it’s managing anxiety, navigating trauma, or developing social and emotional skills, group therapy creates a space for collective growth and encouragement.

Each group is carefully formed based on age, need, and goals, ensuring participants feel safe, respected, and connected.

We offer
